I wanted to capture an image of what it would really feel like on a merry-go-round if we all experienced it the way our children do inside their heads. All together about 4 hours went into this shot, which is much less than I expected. I didn't shoot in a studio or on a greenscreen (as much as I would have liked the latter.) Instead, I shot multiple exposures from a tripod on the merry-go-round and blended them together to ensure the sunlight matched.
This is a "special" portrait and because it takes so much time and preperation obviously isn't something that I would do with every session, but sometimes it's just fun to create something unique.
